Account Manager - Fraud Prevention Division

Remote Working

Basic up to £70k + Company Bonus + Company Benefits 

 

My client a Leading Global Technology provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their rapidly growing division. 

In this pivotal role within the organisation,  you will play a key role in supporting a team of Commercial individuals with the management of day to day operations with strategic partners and be the main focal point of contact all BAU activities 

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to process feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Oversee the end to end process from NDA, contract, onboarding and service go live, ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged and following up on assigned actions overseeing progress with contract agreement; service integration and launch of services
  • Support business development team in growing the account and identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Requirements

  • • 8+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management; technology background preferred - 
  • • Previous experience of working with Mobile Network Operators is highly desirable
    • Background in Fraud or payment industries will be a distinctive advantage
    • Customer management experience with complex accounts
    • Excellent communication 
    • Strong customer-facing experience with exceptional relationship and trust-building skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
