A Leading Technology provider of IT infrastructure and Cloud Services are seeking an experienced Managed Services Engineer
As a Managed Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying, monitoring, and optimizing IT infrastructure and cloud solutions for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Deploying customer infrastructure, security, and cloud solutions based on provided designs
· Monitoring and maintaining system performance and security across physical and virtual infrastructure
· Resolving incidents reported by clients and ensuring timely resolution
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and support
Requirements:
· Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles
· Strong proficiency in cloud engineering, particularly with Microsoft Azure
· Azure Administrator Associate certification (required)
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical consultants
· Scripting skills for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python)
· Familiarity with Azure services, networking concepts, and security measures
