Product Manager - CX

Remote Working

Innovative Leading Technology Provider are seeking to recruit an experienced CX Product Manager for their growing UK team.

Role:

  • Opportunity to drive strategic direction of onboarding experience for customers and partners
  • Shape existing routes to market and identify new requirements and market demands
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver onboarding plans that meet business objectives
  • Translate customer needs into actionable user journeys, product and project requirements
  • Maintain competitive advantage while building for the future

Skills and Experience:

  • Min of 5 years within a Product Manager capacity
  • Previous expertise within the customer experience journey
  • Strong end-to-end ownership
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C environments
  • Experience in OSS/BSS platform development and onboarding
  • To come from an Operational and/or Telecoms background
  • Understanding of Telecoms, UC and SaaS fields
