My client, an award-winning Contact Centree as a Service (CCaas) Industry Leader is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing sales division

Responsibilities: 
• Day to day line management of a sales team of 5
• Taking accountability for generating sufficient pipeline cover to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded.
• Support the growth and development of the sales team.
• Understand the latest developments in the Contact Center and Telecommunications industries.
• Own the senior-level engagements with customers by dealing directly with decision-makers and influences. 
• Develop long-term successful relationships and maintain a strong network of contacts. 

Skills and Experience: 
• Proven track record of sales success and team management experience. 
• Strong product knowledge of contact center as a services and Unified Communications. 
• Experience working with contact center services/products, workforce management and customer relationship management tools.
