A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Global Contact Centre provider as a Solutions Consultant working the Enterprise Sector.
As a SC, you will combine technical knowledge with Sales Skills to be tasked with addressing complex, challenging and high value opportunities and bids.
My Client is looking for an accomplished and proven individual - somebody credible before the client and technically and commercially aware.
Previous experience of working within Contact Centre/CCaaS/Software environment is essential and used to leading / engaging with internal and external clients, evaluating client’s needs and challenges and presenting technical solutions and turning them into potential sales.
• Previous experience in customer facing Sales Engineering /Technical Pre Sales Solution Architect Roles within Contact Contre/Saas capacity
• Solid understanding of the Telecommunications ecosystem with particular focus around Contact Centre platforms (Cloud and On Premise), infrastructure (Lan/WAN) with focus around voice ingress/egress
• Good understanding of CRM/LRP Technologies
• Excellent communicator with a flair for presenting technical solutions in an open forum.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with departments such as sales, projects and operations
• Organised, flexible and lateral thinker and able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative solution building and a flexible approach.
• Numerate and literate to a very high standard
• An excellent commercial acumen
